Browser Help
To provide our customers with shopping ease, we use both Java applets and Java Scripts.  These features will not operate if Java and Java Script are disabled within your browses.  To turn them on, follow the instructions below:
AOL users: Click on Members, Click on Preferences, Click on WWW, Click Tab that says Security, check active controls at the bottom of the security tab... that would be Java and JavaScript.
Netscape 3.0, 3.1 Click on Options, then Network Preferences, then Languages, then find the box titled Java and Java Script.  Enable them by clicking on the box so that a check appears in the box.   Then, click OK.
Netscape 4,0, Communicator Click on Edit, then Preferences, then Advanced (the word, not the plus or minus sign next to it), then find the boxes titled Java and Java Script and click on the boxes so that a check mark appears in them. Then, click OK.
Internet Explorer, all versions prior to 4.0 Click on View, then Options, then Security, Toggle on  Java and Java Scripts in the Active Content section, then click "apply" and OK.
Internet Explorer 4.X Go to the View menu, select Options, select Security, select custom (for expert users), push the Settings... button, scroll down to Active scripting, and select Enable.

In all cases, you are simply turning on Java and Java Script, which is the programming language
your browser needs to read to run applets and "create" a pop-up console on your desktop.
To turn Java and Java Script back off, just go back and make the change again.

Important Information
Our shopping cart uses Java, the only computer programming language designed to run on all computers.  We've recently had a few customers complain that the shopping cart was not working.  Sometimes this was because they are using a computer at work and it has a firewall that prohibits the running of any programs.  But it also seems to occur with the with the new Microsoft XP, Nt and Me operating systems.  All previous versions of Windows, but apparently the new versions don't include include it.   Sun Microsystems, the creator and owner of Java is aware of the problem and has provided a downloadable plug-in.   As Java is used extensively on the internet, we recommend that you download it as many, many sites use it.
To download and install, click on the link below.  A new window will open with instructions.  Once you've completed the installation, simply close the download window.  Press the REFRESH button and your shopping cart should work.  If not, then call us at the phone number shown at the bottom of this page.  Thanks..
