Availability
All merchandise is offered subject to availability. This is especially applicable to
rare and scare natural artifacts, such as lion skin rugs and human skeletons.
Shipping & Delivery
Most orders received by 10:00 AM are shipped the same day.
Most are shipped by United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

Minimum Order / Back Orders.
Our minimum order is $20.00, exclusive of shipping and handling. Most
orders are filled completely, but from time to time we do run out
of stock. In such case, a non-shipped item will be
backordered, unless the backorder fails to meet our $20.00
minimum.
Prices
All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Allow two weeks for checks
to clear prior to shipping merchandise.
Payment
All orders must be prepaid.
We accept all
major credit cards.
Payment by Non-US Customers
We cannot accept checks drawn on non-US banks. Overseas customers are advised to pay
by credit card, or by International Money Order, payable in US dollars, available from
your local post office
Sales Tax
All orders shipped to Virginia are subject to 4.5% sales tax. This tax does not
apply to orders shipped to other states or other countries.
Guaranteed Delivery
We guarantee the safe delivery of all merchandise. If you fail to receive your
order or if arrives in damaged condition, we will replace it absolutely free.
Manufactured Goods
We guarantee all manufactured goods against defects in materials and workmanship. If
you ever receive a defective item, let us know and we'll replace it.

Natural Items
All nature-made items, such as sea shells, furs, hides, skulls, minerals, fossils, etc.
are subject to natural variation and minor defects.
Special Orders
Merchandise ordered specifically for you may not be returned. This generally applies
to
(a) natural artifacts selling for over $100, such as animal skin rugs, real human skulls,
anatomical orders, etc, and (b) large quantities of any one any item.
Hand made anatomical models may take up to 10 week to create.
Special orders many not be cancelled.
