Shopping Cart Not Working?

If the box at the top of this page does not display the contents of your shopping cart, then the problem is probably on your computer.  There can be two reasons for this.  Both are because our shopping cart uses Java, the only computer programming language designed to run on all computers.
Firewall:  Some of our customers use a computer at work and it has a firewall that prohibits the running of any programs.  Java cannot operate through a firewall.
No Run Time Library.  Java requires a runtime library to be resident on your  computer.  Because of its widespread usage, it has traditionally been provided with computers as part of the operating system.  It appears that some recent versions of the new Microsoft Windows XP, Nt and Me operating do not include it.  (Who know the reason?)  .Sun Microsystems, the creator and owner of Java is aware of the problem and has provided a downloadable plug-in.   As Java is used extensively on the internet, we recommend that you download it as many, many sites use it.
To download and install, click on the link below.  A new window will open with instructions.  Once you've completed the installation, simply close the download window.  Press the REFRESH button and your shopping cart should work.  If not, then call us at the phone number shown at the bottom of this page.  Thanks..
